Probably not, because most anime is considered "not rated". Most places don't even think to card for anime, since most just look like cartoons. Hell sing isn't all that bad anyway. Not as bad as some stuff you can get a hold of.
It also depends on where you are. Every state has different laws about the rated R thing. Where I live they don't card for any movie, except porn. Even the stuff they are suppose to card for they are not required to, it is just policy in some places like Wally and Target because the computer tells them to. Even then they just randomly put in an age and tell it that I am old enough.
Now if you are talking manga. I would doubt that too. I have never seen Books a Million or Barnes and Nobles even check the rating, or even have the computer prompt them for the age. I don't think books are something they have gotten around to screwing us out of our rights on.

The manga? Yes.
The anime? No.
Books aren't age-restricted.

Well if its Wal-Mart they would ask you for ID...I got id-ed for a rated R movie and I'm 27...it's retarded. So the answer is no they would not let you. Have your dad or mom pick it up for you. Or if they won't have a friends dad or mom pick it up for you.

properly..... i replaced into certainly presented to purchase my tack save final week! i replaced into in my "community" tack save that's almost 2 hours remote from me (lol) and that i be responsive to the proprietors ok. I spend waayyyyyy too plenty on kit. I oftentimes purchase issues over the telephone simply by lengthy distance and get them delivered to me by using a courier. we've a dazzling be responsive to-how and if issues at the instant are not outstanding I purely return them next time i'm in that city. We have been casually chatting on the counter on an identical time as she replaced into bagging up all my stuff and reported "you may purchase the save... actually". My first reaction replaced into "oh no", i visit lose a dazzling saddlery operator that truly knows her corporation and kit. i in my opinion like being waiting to telephone up and be responsive to that the guy on the different end certainly knows what i'm conversing approximately! My 2nd reaction replaced into "Mmm i might love too, in spite of if it somewhat is purely too some distance away on an identical time as the toddlers are nonetheless so youthful and at school" ;-( they have oftentimes presented me artwork and that i even help clients whilst they are busy. i might heavily love not something greater advantageous than to purchase the save, and to be honest it somewhat is not financially impossible. in spite of if it somewhat is a save which you will possibly prefer to artwork in almost on a regular basis to maintain good income ranges and an entire salary to cover me not residing domestically, might sap the corporation viability. we've strongly seen it and appeared into the recommendations, the trip could be terrible. I even have seen beginning a save greater community to my area, yet online advertising and much less intense priced imports from china make my area not doable the two. So for now i will savour my bulging tack room, as my reimbursement for residing so remotely and suck in that new leather-based scent as quickly as I visit the save in person. i will thoroughly relate on your sense of "awe" whilst stepping into this way of huge tack save. i will spend hours actually purely wandering around and staring at stuff. I additionally prefer to stored as much as date with new products and learn. happy you had this way of advantageous day!! ;-)
