User Accounts Prob?

Question

K, I Used To No How To Do This But,

there are multiple user accounts on this computer, 15+!!! Good amount of memory 95 GB+ Left, but i want to get rid of the other user accounts, cause they will not show in the user account manager. there is another user account manager on XP computers that will list ALL the accounts on the computer. (including the ones that r not on the other manager)
this is what i used to do to get there

what do i type to get to the 2ND user account manager?
