Yes and no. Is a quality of life important to you? Are your truly happy with the work you do at work? Do you often wish you didn't have a job that was so demanding? Do you get paid well for your overtime hours? These are questions you need to ask yourself. If you are getting paid well for your effort and are in a good career with a good company, then you may need to do this for awhile to get recognition and to move up the corporate ladder. However, if you are a lackey who is not getting paid well and taken advantage off my lazy team membter, I suggest start looking around for either another position in another department or a new company.

Many people in this world love their job but due to other factors, they started to 'dislike' their job. Working hour can be one of them. The others include working environment, culture, human relationship and so on.
To me it is important to be able to have more freedom yet able to earn a good living for yourself.

What is the job costing you in terms of quality of life outside work, friend? Health, personal relationships, family life, social life?
Ask yourself if your job is so adorable that it's worth harming these other things.

you still love what you do.. you just won´t be able to do the same schedule for a long time.. so either you do the same job but less hours or change company.. doing the same for another employer...

u can love your job, and the hours suck yes, just because you can't work the hours you would like that shouldn't affect you liking your job, just deal wit it if you like it that much, or either ask for a different shift

I completely understand. Hopefully they are paying you enough to offset the loss in your personal life. Otherwise, it is time to start looking elsewhere.
