I would say that colorblind people have the advantage here, they can pinch you and say that you looked like you were not wearing green. As for as them wearing green, well, they should wear it, because who goes up to you and asks or you color blind?

No they need tags so we know that they are color blind first. My friend robert is color blind but only to some colors. He can see green. Don't exempt them. hehe

yes because they will not be able to differenciate the colors of their clothing for themselves. so the pinching rule does not apply. same goes for blind people.
