The latest version of Itunes will yes. The compatibility issue was sorted around one month ago with the latest release of Itunes. There are some issues however with copied songs - which seem to not be able to play, hence only original songs from cd's seem to work. You may be able to experiment with this however I have heard that Vista will block any copied songs.
I almost forgot Loyal does have a point, many sound and audio cards are not yet compatible.

Yes iTunes will work but other things like printers and stuff won't

No. And neither will your printers, sound cards, video cards, applications, security software, or you, because you will be spending all your time trying to get these things to work and you will have to quit your job. Instead, get open source software at www.kubuntu.org
