On a more serious note...
Relationships are more important than work but you have to get the right balance as most people need both.
Using the word "lovelife" sounds though you don't have a serious partner so I would say work was more important at the moment. Lovers come and go afterall and you sound like you're having fun being free but you need work to enable you to go out and have fun.
Work gives you the self confidence you have.
