well im stuck i beat elite 4 and the champ now i got rayquaza(got with great ball)now i want latias/latios or registeel regirock and the other regi well does anyone know where to find them

first u need a wailord and a rockfish pokemon i forget its name
it is found underwater in underwater grass u put waillord in the bottom of u pokrmon list and rock water pockemon in the beginning then u go west from paciclodge town where theres whirlpools and theres a pattern to go into there this from know on is extremly difficult from now on and u need help from cheatcodes.com or cheatguru.com or whatever t go into a concealed palce where u need dive to go into in that underwatercave there is many rocks wit dots in them go to the very last part of that cave and double click it or press (a) and voila u unlocked the way to get the regi's lol it take forever 1 is in sand place at the bottom part 1 is around fortreee where theres a guy who searches for stuff archaelogiest and 1 im not sure u can find they way to unlock them on cheatcodes.com and latios and latiaas u can only get 1 of em on ruby u can get it anywhere i suggest around water and use masterball caus u have 2 or u should on it because latios and latias is near impossible to catch without masterball so i hope u find it easier

well latias and latios you can only get one in each version (unless you have an eon ticket and an e-reader) but the one in your version just wonders around the world. and it is complete luck of the draw if you find it in a random encouter.
as for the regis go to that one village that is on docks (I can't remember it's name) and go down the currents until you see a dive spot. then there will be some braile puzzles and then all the regis caves will be unlocked. but they also have braille puzzles.

a great way to get latios is to use repels and stay on the same route.keep going into a building so latios's route is reset. you have to get latias by nintendo event
