Around what age does a person become a jounin? And would 19 be seen as young?

Just that everyone knows, I love naruto! (for 3 1/2 years) I know that you need to prove that you're strong enough to raise up from chuunin to jounin. I just wondering the common age. Because I notice most of them are in their 20s and 30s.

Some people arent Jounin even though thier 20-30 (like Iruka, he's a chuunin) and Itachi became and Anbu when he was 10! Which is, of course, a higher rank than a jounin. The all around average age is 15/16 because in Shippuuden, Neji, Temari and Kankurou are Jounin (i think theres more but i forgot)

Kakashi became a jounin at age 13. There is a special manga spin-off dedicated to this time period.
But Kakashi is a genius. Kurenai is described as a "rookie jounin" right before the Chuunin written exam, and she is about 25.

around 20~30 i think
but if you have the skills just like kakashi and itatchi you can be a jounin around 10 ~20

its when they prove there jounin material from a chunin and does several tests so there is no age limit(im asian i luv naruto)

i think it depends on their level of strength. i theink there older because they trained longer. i love naruto so much i wonder what happend to all the rl ninja???
