Whenever I've needed any advice or anything for Toyota's in the past I've just rang my local Toyota dealership, just ask for the service department, tell them the problem and they WILL do their best to help you, and they don't charge for advice. You will be surprised just how helpful they are

Go to Auto Zone.com and get the number of the timing belt.

Get a Haynes Repair Manual at the local Auto Zone or auto parts store in your area. It will troubleshoot and show you how to fix your vehicle. Also on the Auto Zone site has a section for vehicle maintenance
