No. With all surveillance cameras around,only a fool would take a chance.
If you are going to do the crime (stealing), do it big or nothing at all.
Watch that movie by Leo De Caprio called "Catch me if you can", and it will give you some ideas as to how big the project should be.
When you do it with style, and get caught, you get all that free press, maybe even talk shows, and a nice and cozy prison sentence with three square meals and time for exercize and free healthcare.
When you do the petty crime, you get the shafterooo.
(As a matter of fact, I did do something a long time ago. It was hot outside, and I was shopping in a supermarket (now long out of business), and somebody knocked down a plastic container on a shelf with water in it. I picked it up, and started to quench my thirst, and when I reached the register, I was told they got me on camera. Of course, it was a waste of their time, so they just gave a warning about letting me go this time. Ever since, I watch myself, but must say, the supermarkets learned something...they now give out samples to shoppers to keep getting your patronage.)

Once when I was about 11 years old. Me and a friend of mind and we got caught. Our mothers were called and well lets just say that I haven't stole since.

Once...by accident. But that was a long time ago. Now it's like impossible to steal from stores with all the cameras and security. And if you do steal then it will be a big deal and all with the cops/prison/court and stuff. It's not worth it.

No, not that I know of. One time I purchased a case of bottled water. When I got home and was checking my market receipt, I discovered that the clerk had not charged me for that item. Since I did not call them and complain, I guess you could say I stole it. But they made me do it!! lol

Yup, when I was a kid I got caught stealing candy from a 7-11, my Dad knew the owner so they called a sheriff Friend of theirs to come and scare the CRAP out of me, he lectured me in front of other customers (man was I embarrassed) then they made me stock the shelves in the candy isle. I have never stolen anything again!

I stole lipstick once when I was in 9th grade because of "peer pressure" and I felt SO BAD! I never did it again!

yes when I was a teenager I stole a pregnancy test I didn't find out there was places you can go for that til after I did it and I was pregnant.

Yeah when I was in the 6th grade. I never got caught..thank goodness. It was just candy and cupcakes. I'm just glad that I stopped when I did.

yes, when I was in middle school. I didn't think it paid well enough and my nerves were always on edge so I quit doing that and went to school.
