Not sure there's anything you can do.

I would suggest in future you put a cloth between the dress and the iron to prevent this happening.

It may just be a mark where the iron has heated the dress a bit hard where the zip is. I suggest that you iron the dress so you are not ironing on the zip and spay the mark with water then re iron it. This should get the mark out.

Rewash the dress, then when you iron it again, always put a handkerchief between the dress and the iron, and you won't leave any shiny marks.

Sounds like you burned it and I don't think you can get that out, if the zip had plastic around it like ususal than you probably melted the plastic, sorry..... sometimes you should have dresses and more delicate items steamed at a cleaner so this doesn't happen....

Put a thick ribbon around your dress then tie it so it cover the shiny mark.

put some greaseproof paper over it and iron over the paper this should remove the shine get greasproof paper from cake making stores
