It really depends on when you are leaving. If you aren't leaving for several days, you can by them on DB's website at http://www.bahn.de . You can also go to the ticket counter at the train station Kaiserslautern. Frankfurt is a popular destination because of the airport, one of Europe's busiest, so I would strongly reccomend that you reserve a seat.

A nonstop train leaves Kaiserslautern for Frankfurt approximately every two hours. They're only about 30 euro or so, one way. You can also check the train schedules on bahn.de. Just type in your starting point and your destination and it will show you all of the possible connections to get where you need to go.
