I have a 90 HP 1994 Johnson Outboard Oceanrunner. This motor has been converted to add oil to the fuel. I have check all fuel lines and plugged all the old oil lines. There is oil coming down the housing below the engine from underneath the engine. the oil does not have fuel mixed with it. Where could it be coming from?

Its hard to say without seeing the engine. Have you disabled the VRO pump? Pulled the drive pin from it? Any oil left in the system could still be under pressure and leaking.

You really should just get rid of that engine and buy a new one that way you could sell the old one to me cheap being how it has an oil leak :-)
