i'm afraid not. all your grades will be averaged out... if it could be counted then many will get perfect grades and honours.

Ask your guidance counselor or the registrar -- they will probably have both grades in your proverbial "permanent record," but people who want to evaluate your transcript will see the latter grade and be favorably impressed that you bothered to retake it and do better.

Yes...it will be like the old grade never existed and it will boost your GPA....it will still be on your transcript, but not count any more.

ask the instructor, but usually they accept the higher grade.
