keep in touch, and if you have time, make her like a collage or scrap book of pictures of you guys together and another for yourself. if you dont have time, mail it to her.. that way, you guys can always remember the good times you shared.
try shutterfly.com ... it has this thing called "photo books" that are really cheap and really cute, you can decorate it with almost anything and put tons of pictures, plus its professionally done so when you give it to her, itll really show her that you care.
also, you can always visit, write letters, email, im, call, etc. its not like you guys will never see each other again.

it hurts when friends move away. just remember that you guys can always talk through e-mail, aim, or even on the though. you should give her something to remember you by... such as a photo album of you guys, a stuffed animal with your name, or anything that will remember her of you... good luck. =)

Give her attention and a hug. Never give her material stuff. Eventually, material stuff disappears, but hugs, kisses, and friendship will stay.
