depends where you live. in England you can be a waitress, paper boy/girl, work in hairdressers (cleaning up hair and things lol) You can do cleaning in hotels etc. Work in shops. Babysitting.
Some employers don't hire teenagers but mention the fact that you are just as hard working as the 16+ and that they can pay you less. Because the minimum wage for under 16 is different for over 16. Unfair I know...
You probably have some information at your school about it if you ask a teacher.

I'm pretty sure that you can do any part-time job, as long as it's not selling alcohol or tobacco. You can't work more than 20 or 25 hours a week though.

You dont have a national insurance number until 16, so im afraid its little jobs for cash like babysitting, gardening, car washing and newspaper rounds.

I babysat then, but then when I was 15 i was a busser at a bar/grill. But things have changed since then! LOL
