I got this massive tan and it just makes my face look dirty. I want to make my face pale again. Are there any easy to find ingredients that can do that, like ones that are usually in the kitchen. Im too young to just drive to the shops and get it and my parents dont usually have time to go to the shops themselves.

To get rid of a tan, freckles, or scars do it the natural way. Some over the counter products are dangerous. People use this to get rid of tans all the time. Go to the grocery store and buy the following:

Lemons
brown sugar
chamomile tea (for sensitive skin)
olive oil
make sure you have sunscreen too!

Grade the lemon to get some lemon zest, then juice the lemon. Mix with the brown sugar.
Apply to skin for 15 min. Rinse with cold water (sorry). Apply a dot of olive oil to your face and neck. Only use the scrub 2x a week, but you can use the lemon tonic everyday. Only use the chamomile tea if your skin is sensitive. The Lemon is packed with vitamin C ,and citric acid, which lightens skin(cosmetic co. use lemons for their citric acid ). The sugar gently exfoliates removing dead skin cells which also makes your skin glow. The olive oil which contains vitamin E will give you a dewy look and rosy cheeks. I suggest using this recipe at night. If you use it during the day please use sunscreen.
Let me know how it works.

The best thing you can do is to protect yourself from over tanning in the first place.

Skin esp. on the face peels of quickly, esp if washed frequently.

Ride it out get some block and protect your face from further damage.

i would just buy a foundation or tinted moisturizer that will smooth out the color of you tan. Just let it fade naturally for it to look the best later.
if you try something to really reduce the tan, make sure you do your whole body so it matches

You'll just have to let it wear off , unfortunately. You could try an oatmeal scrub to hasten the process.
