I think people are always more important than money. But as a mum of boys not far from your age and as I really like the welsh, My advice you to go to a good sports massage for treatment for that whip lash if you're getting no joy from the NHS. Get back to the GP and ask to be referred to the physio for treatments first if you can.
Your GP NEEDS to take more responsibility. Write all your problems down and when you go and see him/her make sure you say every thing that's troubling you about the problem. x
I hope it all goes well and you get some satisfaction and some rest from that pain.

well i have no use for your wife but i could always use her to scrub my floor clean..
...so i would say your money...but only if im gonna have all of it :p and only if it was a large amount.
