I'd like to learn to use flash. is there a place on the web where I can learn? or even anybody that can teach me?!

I know that http://www.newgrounds.com has a very good section of flash lessons. You need to go to the flash portal, then under the help and faq menu (small link near the top) there is an excellent flash help interactive menu.

I certainly loved the 43 things website when I first started to learn. Personally if you are really serious buying a book on flash is also a very good start.
