Elisabeth: That was really funny; And she goes back to the mail box...We may still have mail! Ooohhh! Ooh, no dice grandma! Really funny.
What I got from the plot was that the tangent universe happened when Donnie did what he wasn't supposed to (jet engine) and that stuff was supposed to bring him back, Frank ruining his life, Gretchen being killed, ect.

It is a multi-layered film that explores the dichotomy of choosing one's own fate in light of knowing the future possibilities. Donnie had the opportunity to change is future by being given a glimpse of it had he not been in his room when the part off the jet landed in his room, but the movie follows his journey and after he sees that people who he not yet met but has come to care about as a result of him having survived the accident, he chooses to go back into the house and let the jet part fall on him and end his existence so that the others in his life will live on. Chilling!

I thought it was sacarey. I watched it carefully, and understood the plot. It all came together in the end. And, again, I thought it was scarey.

I love the "grandma death", that was funny.
Its a good movie, he dies in the end like how he should have died in the beginning.
