I plan to buy a fry netting for him/her. The fish seems to be healthy and bites back.

Try this: put all your fish into a container with some tank water. A bowl, a pitcher, whatever will hold them for a minute or two. While they're out of the tank, rearrange all the decorations in the tank. Then, put the fish they attack in first, and wait a minute or two. Then start adding the other fish.

I've seen this work before with aggressive fish, the trick is to change the environment to break up the 'territory' they have established. It's vital that the attacked fish go in first so the other fish have to intrude on his territory to reenter the tank.

The picked on fish is the low man on the totem pole. Try rearranging the decorations in the tank to break up any territories that have developed. If the other fish still pick on one fish only separate it from the others and keep an eye on it to make sure it's not sick.

hi i think i know why. in my class when i was in forth grade we had a fish tank and so one fish was going to have babies so the other fish just pick on that particular fish for no reason. maby there is a reason but nobody knows, well if you do get baby fish then you will have to crush the normal food you use under the cap and feed all the fish the same thing.
GOOD LUCK!!!

Take the one fish out first and put it in a clean glass jar filled with water left overnight, until you get a quarantine tank.

You don't give any info on your stocking levels,re-arranging the decor might help, but if you can add a few fish of the same specie of the one being bullied it might also help. It's really hard to say without adequate information.
