Probably not pregnant, but it's possible. Here is some info from my source listed below:
"What is nipple discharge?
Unless you're lactating, fluid seeping out of your nipple is referred to as nipple discharge. Non-milk discharge comes out of your breasts through the same nipple openings that carry milk. On each of your nipples is a cluster of about ten of these openings.
One or both breasts may produce a nipple discharge, either spontaneously or when you squeeze your nipples or breasts. A nipple discharge may look milky, or it may be yellow, green, brown or bloody. The consistency of nipple discharge varies from thick and sticky to thin and watery."
I would tell your doctor anyway. It could be nothing or it can be a sign of something else, so it does not hurt to get it checked out.
Also, go to the website I listed as my source.

There is a chance if you had unprotected sex that you could be pregnant but more women don't experience this until the last few months of pregnancy. But I also know that it is a sign of breast cancer too. I would get an appointment with a medical doctor and have them give you a head to toe physical to rule out any possibility of it being cancer.

Its not normal for not being pregnant, or having hormonal issues. Not that iam aware of anyway.
It would be unlikely that you would have colostrum before knowing you're pregnant, ESPECIALLY if you've never been pregnant before. Although some women just produce it very early on.
It could be you're more pregnant than you think, which would make the most sense to me personally.
My thought would be that if you have high enough hormones to initiate the production of colostrum, there should be enough HCG present to trigger a home pregnancy test. I'd give one a try.
Better yet, go see your doctor and have blood work done.

Around the fifth month of pregnancy and after you can express colostrum from your breasts. This is a thin cloudy fluid that will provide all the nutrients your baby needs in the first few days of life if you choose to breastfeed. It is very normal but you should not try to squeeze it out. If they leak just wipe it away.

It can mean pregnancy, but there have been documented cases of full out breast milk in women who have never been pregnant. To be positive I would test.

I had that happen to me, but I had just gone off the pill, so I think it was my body reacting to all the hormonal changes. I would check with your doctor (or clinic if you don't have one) because discharge from your breast can mean anything from "nothing to worry about" to cancer.
