I jus scanned a word document ,it has som mistakes and i want to edit it using word,but since such files hav picture format i cant,i am tired of typing the whole document,pls help.

Ah! You need Optical Character Recognition software, or OCR. Google for free trials and see which package you like best. Either get that or something like "Naturally Speaking" that types what you read into the microphone.

Most scanners come with optical character recognition (OCR) software that scans pages containing printed text and saves it to a file for editing by word processing software. Going from JPG to text editing is not feasible. Try rescanning the document and specify Microsoft Word as the target application.

Try cut.
Open Paint Paste edit .
irfanview from www.irfan.com to edit jpg pictures.
