Not likely but possible. April averages a couple of inches, but the average is mostly from the occasional big storm in one year balanced by several years of no April snows.
The latest measurable snow in Boston was on May 10; the latest non-measurable snow May 29. Both occurred in the third quintile of the 20th century.

It's not likely, no. It's possible, but extremely unlikely. About ten years ago (actually I think it WAS ten years ago) there was a major snowstorm on April 1st, with close to a foot of snow. But that was unusual to get that much snow so late. I also remember a few years ago, maybe 6 or 7 when I was in college, we had snow flurries all day on a Saturday (no accumulation at all but it was flurrying steadily all day) and the next day was well into the 60s. So basically, it's not likely to snow at all but it is possible.

A while ago it snowed a lot in early April, but right now its 55 degrees and we've had an incredible 2 inches of snow this year so I am going to go ahead and say no.

Not likely at all. I can recall only 1 storm in April (happened to be April Fool's day) and that was 10 years ago. It can be cool and a bit raw, but typically no snow.

Except for that one blizzard about 10 years ago- nothing much comes to mind= So I would say it's highly unlikely
The important thing to remember is that even if it did snow in April- It would all be melted in a day

Yes it could. We've had a blizzard on April 1st before.
It depends...we've been having longer winters the last few years so it could.

well, with new england you never know, it's supposed to get warm here this week, but there could be a blizzard the next week,
in new england, the weather is constantly changing, so don't count on anything
