Green eyes are produced when the correct recessive genes from both parents meet up. This does not happen that often as th other genes are more dominant.

I have green eyes and i wish i had brown because i believe they are the most attractive.
However i heard once that brown eyes are the most common and blue eyes are the most rare. When i wear my contact lenses my green eyes look blue. You know that song by ULTRA BEAT - PRETTY GREEN EYES? Well i always get up and dance to that!!
Also, apparently you are attracted to people who have the same eye colour as u. Something to do with wanting to give ur children the colour of your eyes.
I love all eyes. Eyes are the windows of the soul. You can tell an awful about a person by looking at their eyes.

Well, maybe there are as many people with green eyes, you just dont look hard enough. lol. i have green eyes but the reason for more people having blues eyes is that every baby is born with blues and sum gradually change. so the reason you may have blue fragments of colour in your eyes is because you once did have blue eyes and they didnt fully go.

I have green eyes, and many people at my chuch have green eyes, but blue and brown are the dominant gene. You would have to put this in a science question to get a better answer than what I can give you.

Its a geneoligical thing, its all in the chrmosomes More than likely what it is is that green eyes are often a recessive gene, and chances for green eyes are slimmer than that of others

Green eyes are the rarest of the 4 eye colors.
Brown is the most popular
Hazel is second
Blue is third
Green is last
There are also some other eye colors but they are insignificant lol.

Not everyone has both a blue-eyed and brown-eyed parent. But I did...and my eyes are green with a hint of brown or blue...depends on the clothing I am wearing.

My eyes are green. And in bright light such as the sunlight looks green like cats eyes.
