It doesn't seem to, it really DOES.

I just washed my van last week and I told my daughter why does it seem like it's driving better and she was like I know maybe the car's like yes finally I'm clean and I told her watch now that I washed it it's going to rain or snow again and it did both.

I hae noticed this as well. I'm going to purchase a telemetrics device to see if the 0-60 time improves.

One possibility, if it is very dirty you are removing unnecessary weight, although I don't even a few lbs of dirt would be noticeable. Another possibility, the aerodynamics of the car improve. There should be considerably less drag on a clean car than a dirty one, especially if you waxed it.

I can't say that I have ever noticed this phenomenon...how dirty does your car get? Just kidding.

cuz it looks better and its gotta get dirty as soon as you wash it unless it rains first
