You would actually, if you are pregnant, be in the 2-3 week pregnant range, however the doctor will say 5 weeks, because they count from the first day of your last period. Ovulation, which occurs after your period is over, would be the actual time of conception... but first things first... get a test, so you will know, and if you have already gotten a test and do know... then get yourself to a doc and make sure you are heading down the path to motherhood in the most healthy way possible :)
Everyone's cycle is different, so the exact date of conception would be hard to pin-point unless you were trying to conceive and tracking your basal body temperature, and know which day it spiked... but even then you could still be a day off in the actual sperm meets egg time, because sperm can survive up to 48 hours in friendly conditions while looking for their target.

You reckon that you get pregnant half-way through your cycle. That is your fertile time.
If your period is average, about every 4 weeks, then you begin counting from the FIRST day of your previous period.
So if your period started Feb. 2, then you would have most likely become pregnant on Feb. 16 or thereabouts. If you are pregant, then you'd now be about 3 1/2 weeks along.

They start counting from start of your last period, because this is the time that the egg is preparing itself for ovulation. Day one of your period is day one of your monthly cycle. Assuming a 7 day cycle you actually ovulate just one week after your period. At this point the egg is about 2 weeks old. It can take up to a day for conception and 2-3 days for implantation. your fertilized egg is 2 weeks behind how long you are considered pregnant.

2 weeks if your even pregnant. A missed period doesnt always mean pregnancy. You could just be stressed. If you took a test and it was positive then yeah your most likely 2 weeks pregnant. You count 2 weeks after your last time of ovulation.

The only way to know exactly how far along you are is if you know exactly when you conceived. But the doctor would say you are 5 weeks. You start from the first day of your last period.

Pregnancy is measured from the LMP (last menstrual period), so you would be 5 weeks along if you are indeed pregnant.

You would be pregnant from the time you ovulated, which is in the middle of your cycle, so you would be 2 or 3 weeks pregnant.
