The worst thing is their parents greed. They are forcing their child to take what they cannot. Study become a nightmare for the young generation. Should be regularised.

At the present time, NO! the only option is School drop out and prepare kids for a private examination appearance (I know a family who have sucesfully done this). But then it was worse than going to school. Parental pressure was way beyond pressure otherwise in school (especially since school has fun component too).
Get real! if you live in India, live as Indians do! The reality is this and to be accepted. Unless things are drastically reformed, pitch and fight it out. With all things being written, please realize that our system has been time tested and proven successful (check knowledge related processes, we are the world beaters)

(1) Study pressure can be reduced by increasing teacher student ratio OR by tuition's.
(2) Study pressure can be reduced if schools do not remain greedy of taking fees only and give an honest feedback to parents that your child has some lacuna and do not expect more from him in academic education. (Good question)
