A six year old boy cannot receive a death penalty because he is of tender age as provided for in the Penal Law. If he is guilty, he is placed under rehabilitation but not sentenced to death penalty.

No because the law says that you are old enough to understand what is right and what is wrong until you are 10 years old. So if a six year old boy did kill his parents he would not be given the death penalty but he would be put in a mental home and then when he is 21 a psychiatrist will give him a test to see what should happen to him.

That may have occurred in some other country but is impossible in the USA. There are certain legal stipulations here concerning minors that prevent them from being given the death penalty...

I don't think so. A six year old is not even mentally competent to stand trial in the US because he can't understand the consequences of his actions. He would be put in a mental hospital until he was old enough to be put in a juvenile detention facility. Then at the age of 21 he would be evaluated as to whether he could be released or transferred to a prison.

It's not possible in the U.S. The Supreme Court has ruled death penalty for juveniles and mentally disabled is unConstitutional.

No there wasn't. Even if there was his name wouldn't be released because he would be considered a minor. If you find such a story feel free to e-mail it to me.

Killing people isn't funny, but if this is true how did he kill them and what country was it? How did you find out about it?

Yes. It was me. And then I killed everyone in prison and ran away. Now I spend my days answering questions concerning knitting on Yahoo! answers.
