First start with ice then heat , take motrin, and relax it....(which muscle is it???

use muscle rub to relax the muscle, then try not to use that muscle until it recovers. Always works for me everytime I pull a muscle during training.

Depends on which muscle.
If it is abdominal muscle, just lie on your stomach and rock left and right.
If it is limb related muscle, relax them (contrary to belief dont massage in the opposite direction). Consume fluids and stretch the affected part outwards :-)

Ibupofen for the pain and inflammation, then an ice pack and then heat, and rest the area. Feel better!

regular stretching and 20 mins. of ice then stretch, then 20 mins of heat, then stretch and repeat. i hope your muscle gets better
