It is inverse ratio hence,
8 men build 1 wall in 10 hours
8 men build 1/10 th wall in 1 hour.
1 man build 1/80 th wall in 1 hour.
4 men build 1/20 th wall in 1 hour.
4 men build 1 wall in 20 days
