plz tell me when do i swithc the clock to the differne time on sunday? or today at 11:59 pm so is it 940 right now is it one hour behind

In NYC, it is currently 9 26 AM. The daylight savings time will start tonight at 2 AM. At that time we will turn our clocks ahead one hour to 3 AM and therefore sleep one hour less.
