That's not bad, but not too surprising, given it's a Toyota.
Friend of mine once bought a 1988 BMW318i with 165000 miles & took it up to 198000.
But that's nothing compared to a 1966 Volvo 1800 owned by a bloke called Irv Gordon in the States. He's on about 2 million miles on the original engine & gearbox!

We have a Rover Montego 1994, which we bought in July last year for £300, I'm not sure what the mileage is precisely, (she's with my Husband at work at the moment), but she does over 500 miles a week, and since we've had her she's done over 20000 miles. Although she was cheap, she's scruffy and smells like our dog and she'd win no prizes in any car shows, I think she was well worth the money!!! (Her MOT is due at the end of the month, I have a feeling we may have killed her, but she's a blooming workhorse, I can tell you that)

I work for a Nissan dealer, we have a driving school car which comes in religously for servicing every 9k miles and has a service history longer than the average persons arm, 251.497miles at the last service.
Beat that!

You did not say how old it is. My car is 4 years old and only has 27,000 miles on it. I had a prelude once that I owned for 3 years and it only had just over 5000 miles on it. My subaru wagon I have now is 8 years old and has 85,000 miles on it.

My cars in really great shape still so it will probaby go further than that. Right now its at 152,000. Its a pontiac. But my stepmother's honda civic, that she bought in 1985 went over 300,000 miles, still working great until my Dad hit a rabbit and it totaled the car - I'm not kidding.

My brother in law has a 94 Suburban with 304,000 miles on it. The body looks as if you could throw 6 dead cats through it. He's one of these "egg head engineers" who wants to drive it till it rusts to death.

'86 Pontiac Parisienne with 225,000 miles.
'91 GMC Safari Van with 184,000 miles.

We have six other vehicles, and I don't think any of them have under a 100K on them. (Five drivers in household.)
