I'm a natural red haired/light brown haired guy and yesturday I noticed that my pubic hair had a few black hairs, and there originally light red. so does this mean there changing color?

yeah it can change color.

It doesn't mean that it's changing color. Whenever I let my beard grow out, I'll get a few red hairs and some blonde in there and my beard is black in color. Could be from one of your other relatives that have the same color hair and you just have a few.
