I suck my belly , a bit of screaming, a couple of genuflects till the upper button will be done. But sometimes the long t-shirt trick works,.

Besides the button trick you could put small panels of elastic in the sides, now here comes the tricky part:
Powder your torso from feet to belly (butt included) lay down on a bed and slide those babies up slowly....add more powder if need be and maybe have a friend there to help you if needed. Once you get them up there....stand tall....suck it all in and zip up first then worry about button. If you can't get it snapped just for the time being,,,,,,,,,,put a big safety pin on the inside of waistband to keep jeans together. Does this help?

Well, I use to lay on the bed to flatten my stomache more. This helped to get the zipper up and the pants snapped. Thank goodness I lost weight and this isn't a problem any more.

I don't i get into mine perfectly, but i have a friend who dusts her legs with talc powder to help her get into the jeans, or uses a pin inside of the eye of the zip to keep the zip from coming down..... weird i know but there you go.
