go and rip it down, you're neighbours wont thank you but you'll feel SOOOOOOOOO much better!! same thing happened to me a few weeks ago,No amount of music drowns it, i wish i had the guts to do it, i thought i would go insane so i can relate!!

call the police and they will coe and turn it off and while waiting listen to loud music preferible headphones or get out of the house and go somewhere
