Everything in life is about what you put in and sometimes
the loneliness can end if you can wing it through to get to
the next day next month, or even the next year on your own....

Wouldn't that be contingent on what his question was? For instance, if he asked me advice on whether or not he should cut his hair, I would tell him yes. If he asked me advice on (and this is hypothetical) whether or not he should leave his wife because she cheated on him, I would tell him to try and make the marriage work if she were remorseful and if they still love one another, but to leave her if she didn't end the affair and vow to never let it happen again.

Quit going on tour, and stay away from TV cameras. While his mug has always given me the creeps, it just gets worse and worse with age. Just stay at home and count your billions.

I would tell him to get with Ringo and Jeff Lynne and try to make some records that don't dissappoint. Flaming Pie was his last good LP.
