Yes, and it's time to set up boot camp for the parents who have no idea of how to parent. It is time to teach parenting in the schools as part of the regular study program; we have too many people having children who are not prepared emotionally or financially for them. Our village is fractured, and needs some rebuilding.

I agree to a point but what happens when they then go back to the same area to live with the same bad influences and the same uncaring parents? Unless you are going to make it compulsory for all kids, the chances are they will return home and revert back to their old ways. A few might remain well bahaved but unless the parents can be forced to take some responsibility for their child, for example, then it will be a waste of time and money.

A good idea though.

I'm all for reinstating National Service but feel that giving these misguided youths training for, and access to, firearms is a recipe for disaster.

Give them £1,000,000 pounds each.

It would be cheaper than paying for camps & if they had money they wouldn't be so annoying to everyone.
