With me,.... I know I'm getting old, when my morning execise regime consists of me getting out of bed!

I knew I was getting old when my son was about three and I was talking sternly to him about something...
He came up to me, put his finger between my eyes and asked me 'why do you have a bum on your face mummy?'
He was talking about the frown line on my forehead. I laughed so hard I nearly wet myself...oops. Another sign of gettin' old!

you tire more easily, enjoy little things more than you used to -- maybe because we know it may be the last time we can, you care less about your weight and more about enjoying good food. I know when I turned 30, I was a little bummed but knew I probably had 30 years left so I was ok. When I turned 40 however, I realized I probably do not have 40 years left. Quite an eye opener. So, I quit smoking, quit drinking, made a very short list of things of had not yet done and always thought I would. I also (God help me) started caring for my newborn Godchild, who I love dearly but I do know now why God made it so "old" women should not have babies. and ohhh yeah everytime I scratch an itch it looks like I've been beat up, are those "age spots". GRRRRR ok I am trying to age gracefully and I am hopeful I will be around a few more years.

The policeman looks15.You can only listen to radio 2.Cannot understand how to use your new mobile.Cannot under stand the text questions on here the kids ask.Know who these so called celebs are,the kids talk about.Every thing hurts when you bend down,go light headed when you get back up.You find yourself complaining more about every thing.Start shopping for sensible cloths that are a bigger more comfy size.Stay in on the weekend.................. Look in the mirror and see a old person looking back at you.

You start discussing kids programmes you used to watch and the office junior has never heard of them !!
You cant remember how you coped without a mobile phone and you remember when there was just four TV channels.
You feel the need for a quiet night in instead of a rowdy night out.
You remember you have work in the morning when you do go out.
You start completing "you know your getting old when" sentences. !!
