the difference isn't the cigarrette, it's the packaging. some people prefer the hard packs since their cigs don't get crushed as easily when they are in a box, some prefer the soft pack because they want the pack itself to crush up a little in their shirt pocket instead of being so rigid like a box.

No difference in the initial product themselves,just in the way it's presented to the public,a hard pack is less likely to break your smokes while a soft pack will crush and flatten them.

No difference in the product or price~soft pack crushes easier, hard pack protects from being crushed~

The soft packs are useless. They get damaged easily and broken. The harder packets just offer a bit more casing around them. They're easier to open as well!
