Last week.
I opened my big mouth at the local watering hole (and, no, I had not been drinking) and told some of my fellow students that I had had an argument with one of the professors in the department. I guess I was looking for sympathy and support, maybe some camaraderie. Now they are telling everyone in the dept., I guess to them it was just good gossip. I wish I could do that day over and have keep my feelings to myself.
I will keep my mouth shut in the future.

There are many days in my life that in retrospect I would appreciate a "do-over". Actually there have been entire decades I would appreciate a chance to retry.

There are many things that could prompt someone to think of such a chance to have...for many reasons...but for me, if the day's over, it's in the past and all I think of is learning from it and move on towards thinking of what I can do to avoid having the thought of a repeat again...Unless of course, if a terrific thing ever happens, it would be fun to repeat those kinds of days.
Or I would make it a point to not sleep in too late...LOL (just joking!)...

I feel like this every morning. So the last time I wanted to start a day over would be today.

Yesterday, my house was very hot and I am on medication that dehydrates you. My AC is out at the moment, hopefully that will change today.

the last time I woke up, so I guess I should be glad it's not possible because time would never pass and i'd have to live forever, I guess it's better to accept things for what they are.and how they are!!!!
