I presume since you asked this in st. patrick's day section you mean which irish alsohol is made from potatoes...

The only alcohols I know that are made from potatoes are Vodka, Aquavit(Scandinavia), and Brennivín(Icleand). Most whiskeys are made from barley, mash, and corn. And they are quite delicious.

I am no expert on whiskey, but I think Vodka is made from potatoes. (Not that I am an expert on vodka either)
