I have wrote a book for children and I want to give it for Disney to make movie on it.

Its not that easy Disney only produce Classic books so i'd say you need to write a script because you'll be waiting a long time for a film if you have a book.

as far as I know Disney doesn't publish books.

You need to get your book published and find an agent that will present it as a potential movie.

I know several writers who have had books picked up for movies and they're sitting on shelves somewhere, and will remain "potential" movies unless that lightning strikes and they are produced.

So find an agent and get published, then work on the movie thing. You might have a better chance if you put the book into screen play format.

Why Disney? There are MANY companies vyying for the family dollar. You may do better with someone who wants to knock out Disney - MGM , Warner Brothers , or even 20th Century Fox

go to an agent and get their help, it may be costly but a good investment
