i think right now no. Howard is putting up fantastic numbers in rebounding and block shots and points per game arent too bad either. but in terms of overall output i think O'Neal gets the nod. basically the guy has a polished offensive game to go with his defence. he has played the years in th eNBA and knows how to put the ball on the floor and into the bucket. Howard on the other hand is a little more raw offensively. often u will notice his points come from ofensive rebounds or athleticism. he doesnt have a jump shot or a solid go to move that he can perform when his team needs it.....this is something Howard will develop as the years come.
at the moment O'Neal is better, but in 5 years down the track i think we will be thinking that Howard is the better plyer. lets also not forget that it wasnt until O'Neal went to Indiana did he turn into an All Star getting court time. Howard on the other hand got in right away when he came into the L.

You should do it and drop Jamario Moon. There has to be a better player in waiver wire. I don't care how deep of a league you have. Dwight Howard is a machine.

Oneal has nothing,0, notta, zilch, and neil. he stinks. mean while Dwight Howard has the most dunks in the NBA! Does any1 remember his buzz beater alley-oop against San Antonio??!! That is by far the play of the year. In fact Howard should be in top 10 in MVP voting.

Hell yeah we're talkin about a guy who can just post down low and make 10 ft jumpers (J. O'Neal) and a guy who can jump and kiss the rim and can touch the top of the backboard and he can make just about any shot (Dwight Howard)

dont know how you could compare dhow the next bigg fela to Germ! ok!
it is an unfair comparaison!
germ never accomplished his statues of a bigg fela! indiana with him always lost!
with the magic being crampeled with injuries, dhow is the the one keeping them in the hunt!

I think so and right now ! he already is a better rebounder and is just as good in the scoring department. better shot blocker also.
