Since Yahoo Answers is a GLOBAL FORUM, and I live in Alaska where it is snowing Polar Bears 7 ft high already, I would say.

I'm afraid global warming and also El' Nino has made things with the weather and climate pretty to difficult to truly predict at times, can only go one day at a time, our local weather has been incorrect sometimes...so I say that the weather is too unpredictable or another way, usually partly cloudy.... =)

Not in SoCal. Hell, we were lucky to get snow this year, the first time in about 20 years.

depends on where u are like someone mentioned it above.....Here in southern cal we haven't had a good snowing season...but U can try up north...around Lake Tahoe...
