There are plenty of reasons to not like Rudy for president. Legally marrying someone is not one of them.

The marriage with a second cousin is incestuous under the provisions of the Civil Law. Rudy Giuliani is liable for this offense but nobody filed a complaint against him. Thus, he is still qualified to run for President.

Darling, if you ain't good enough for family why in the world would a stranger want you....No in all seriousness, that doesn't bother me at all. And I would hope that most Americans are enlightened enough to realize that people here just do not stay in unhappy marriages any longer.

There are lots of people who are married to their second cousins (more prevalent in yesteryear than in the present day). Two of the best people I know, who have been married for over 60 years, are second cousins. They have beautiful children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

What's the big deal?

No. Marriage between second cousins is not illegal in many states. It should not be a problem (at least it is not a problem for me).

It doesn't matter who he has married or will marry because the truth of the matter is he will cheat on them and then give them a big settlement.
