2.train your staff to use information technology in a better way. IT ( information technology ) helps to reduce cost

well, i would look at how many employees you have working for you and how many hours they work. do you need to reduce hours? maybe you have to many people working at one time. also, are they working overtime? when are they punching in for work. if they punch in even 5 minutes early, every day, it really adds up over a month. are you pricing your goods for sale to make a profit? maybe your prices are to low? are you doing an inventory? inventory is critical in controlling costs. it helps you when doing an order, so you dont spend to much money on wasted product.....this is where i would start. good luck.
