I'm confused
some said it needs water, some says that they have too much water

just so you know, although they are drooping, they are still really green

It could be a couple of things causing the drooping...
Too much water
Not enough water
Too much direct sun
Not enough light
Or even some type of fungus
Or plant disease

You might have to many seedlings in your container. Also water them softly to avoid damaging the root system. Make sure that they are in filtered light. Direct sun light can burn them and cause the to droop. Good Luck with your plants.

If they are drooping, maybe you are giving them too much water.
Buy one of those dirt-measuring things that tell you how much water is in the dirt. They really help to tell how much water to add.

Otherwise, take some long stick, thick skewers or stakes and wire your plants around them. Then they will grow up around it.

That's about all the advice I can give you. Good luck!

if the soil is dry, then they need water. If the soil is moist and they are still drooping, then they do not need water. Does whatever you planted them in have holes in the bottom so the excess water can drain out? If not, you could be drowning the plants.

They are reaching for light. Either put them outside, or move them closer to the window. It is really early to have them that tall.

take them out of the direct sunlight and put them under shade near your shed or under you patio or something. add some water to them

if you have just bought them and don't intend to put them in straight away then water them in the tray until you do put them in the garden
