Problematic change of keys!!!! How to correct ?thanks?

Question

My laptop's keys are getting strange....
when i pressed the button for the @ symbol, i will get " and vice versa
then the other button that is strange is the approx button which has changed to ¬!!!!

how can i correct this as i need to use the buttons frequently when i work????

Try going in to windows safemode. Just restart your computer and press F8 continually until you get a screen that says "Windows advance options menu" then just select the option for "Safe Mode", once your in safemode try the keys on the keyboard, if it is still the same problem you might wanna contact your computer manufacturer, as this may already be a problem with the keyboard itself.
