Half and half.
I have a morning routine with feeding pets and making coffee, but if I have a day off then it's spontaneous.

I have a very flexible routine that allows me to fly around on a
moment's notice. Generally, I follow a given routine! But, I also reserve the right to change anything that needs immedi-
ate attention. Leisure time is usually non-routine because I'll
do anything I want, any time I want.

On a daily basis, I have a definite routine. But on the weekend, I am a very impulsive person and love to do things at the spur of the moment. It makes life more fun!

Having a habitual makes me experience extra defend, extra desirable able to function. in spite of the indisputable fact that, i became into as quickly as thrown into an administrative place with next to no training. So I flew via the seat of my pants till at last i'm able to make ME A possible habitual!! yet on very own time, it somewhat is super exciting each now and then to take the lower back roads with out holiday spot in strategies and spot what the day brings.

I'm unpredictable at times but pretty much on the same bat time, the same bat channel! Apart, from that last comment, My goals are usually set in my head, of things that i will try to get accomplished during that day! Hey, If it doesn't get done then there's always tomorrow. The way i look at it, If you don't have a plan then you're lost for the rest of the day.

i have a routine now. The same old routine i have to follow every single week now. I first though it was boring but then later thought that its worth it

yes but not by choice....i like 24 hr notice usually but some thinsg can be spur of the moment....work forces us into routines
